Keeping the popularity of Andaman as a tourist destination in mind, the IRCTC has brought a tour package. In this article, we will tell you more about this lucrative package.

The features of the package

  • The name of the tour package of IRCTC is ‘Wondrous Andaman’ and the duration of the tour is five nights and six days.
  • The journey will begin from Mumbai and the tour dates are January 9 to January 14, 2024, February 6 to February 11, 2024, and March 5 to March 10, 2024.

The itinerary of the tour

  • Day 1: The tourists will leave Mumbai by flight and will arrive at Port Blair. There, they will check into a hotel. In the evening, they will visit the Cellular Jail where they can watch the Light and Sound Show. The tourists will later visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach and will spend the night in Port Blair.
  • Day 2: They will leave the hotel and visit Ross Island and North Bay. After lunch, they will visit the Samudrika Marine Museum.
  • Day 3: The tourists will go to Havelock Island and go to a hotel. They will spend the evening at Radhanagar Beach and the night at Havelock Island.
  • Day 4: The tourists will leave the hotel and visit the Kalapathar Beach. There, they will board a premium cruise to Neil Island where they will go to a hotel. Then they will go local sightseeing at Natural Bridge and Laxmanpur Beach. They will spend the night at the Neil Island.
  • Day 5: They will go to Bharatpur Beach to witness the sunrise. The tourists will leave for Port Blair by cruise. They can go shopping in the evening.
  • Day 6: The tourists will leave the hotel to catch the return flight to Mumbai.
